Talking to our partner site IoT Times during the Mobile World Congress, Dr. Rashmi Misra, one of leading experts in Artificial Intelligence, argues that “AI [is] being used in terms of expert systems and other capabilities to augment humans in what they do today. And as we go through that spectrum from manual tasks to digital tasks, and from simple to more complex tasks, we start traversing that whole spectrum in terms of process automation, in terms of robotic process automation, in terms of digitizing tasks which may have been manual before.”
